Used for many different types of characters, the order of the deha performance also varies greatly depending on the type of character appearing. They are officially performed on the third verse in a two dan, three verse format, but may also be performed on the second verse. Special deha may also be performed depending on the type of play. Deha were formerly known as taiko-issei.
