Yōkyoku (謡曲)

The lyrics of Noh, or chanting those lyrics to a tune. The term Yōkyoku came into use around the late Edo era and became widespread during and after the Meiji period, appearing in famous Noh publications such as Yōkyoku Tsūkai by Ōwada Takeki (1892) and Yōkyoku Taikan by Sanari Kentaro (1931).
