Tsuzuke-utai (ツヅケ謡)

One variety of hiranori vocals. Sung with a relatively even beat, tsuzuke-utai is a lively vocal style focused on the rhythm. When the tsuzuke-utai is sung, the kotsuzumi and ōtsuzumi play a continual beat known as tsuzuke or similar style, where the name comes from. The opposite style would be the mitsuji-utai.
