One type of kyōgen play. In the play, a farmer who has come to Edo to pay his taxes is the shite. There are several intensely celebratory waki-kyōgen that focus on the farmer successfully paying his taxes, such as Tsukoshinooku, Gangarigane, Mochisake, Kobugaki and Sadogitsune.
